Today I sneaked into Mythos Castle...to look for the money which stolen by Minni.

My way to choose gun in XRPS combat

Yesterday someone visited my blog from Google search to look for the best XRPS gun.
Though I think there is no best gun actually, I want to introduce my check point to select gun.
(Of course, you have to check universe weapon regulation at first :-) )

In XRPS combat, gun damage is caused by only collision between avatar and bullet(physical object).
Whether the bullet includes damage script or not, same damage is delivered.
(Some gun makers set API script in their bullet for other combat system like CCS, but it doesn't affect to XRPS.)

1.Low lag
The main reason why some guns cause terrible lag to SIM is MONO script.
In current Second Life server, heavy lag is caused when objects which includes MONO script is rezzed.
So bullet scripts should be compiled not using MONO.
You cannot confirm that the bullet of gun you purchased is compiled by MONO or not.
However lag of such gun is easy to see by shooting it.
Popular gun makers don't have this problem.

2.Effect
In almost XRPS universes, effects such as explosion, phantom bullet, continuous damage or so on are banned.
If your gun has RP-bullet or training-bullet option, it will be good.
Small effect like blood splash might be permissible in some universes.

3.BPS
BPS means Bullets per Second.
In XRPS combat, too high BPS is useless because XRPS don't realize so many bullet in a second.
In addition, too high BBS guns will be banned by universe weapon regulation.
However, higher BPS is better for shooters. It makes easy to hit target.
Personally, I think 8-15 BPS is good.

The upper limit of BPS in Judgement universe is 8.5 according to their regulation.
((I don't know why some specific gun makers are permissible even though their BPS is higher than 10...
I have asked their admin, and there was no response .....lol))

4.Hit range
In Second Life combat, bullets of almost gun makers don't hit in very short range.
This is a technical problem.
Bullet will be rezzed in front of you keeping some distance, to avoid hurting yourself.
By this reason, bullets don't collide with target if the target is in very short range.
Yes, you can use melee if enemy is too near to shoot.
However, if the bullet can hit in very short range, it is useful when you are stunned and being hitted by melee.

"Titan Industries" and "Factory of Ishtar" are very good weapon maker at this point.

5.Looks
After all, most important thing is looks.
You should choose the gun which is most suitable to your character. xD



There are some popular gun makers in XRPS universes, I will introduce those makers tomorrow.

My revenge against Rats

Finally I found who stole money from GK diner...
Yes, the person responsible for my salary reduction was rats!
Those mean rats tricked me.....
It was mistake of me to had believed them.....

Legend Kingdom SIM

Legend Kingdom SIM is main SIM of Kingdom of Legend, an XRPS combat roleplay universe.


Recently, universe manager started rebuilding Legend Kingdom.

Subway station and a pub has built in Legend newly :-)




I decided to be part time bartender of this new pub....xD


Because, my boss, GK Enterprise CEO GinLow reduced my salary!
After bioweapons' escape, GK is in business slump....>_<
In addition, some one sneaked in to GK diner and stole some money...awwww.

To save our enterprise, CEO decided to start delivery pizza business.
So he reduced our salary and purchased lots of cheese...
However, darn it, ROUSAS rats has caught the rumor that we have many cheese....

Now, cheese war has started between GK and Rats....!

A thought.....

In RP/Combat area, new comers tend to do just slash and dash ^^;
Kingdom of Legends is RP/Combat universe.
You can roleplay psychopath, gangster, street killer, or so on.
However, RP should be described in chat.

For exeample...
/me approaches Alica and draws a knife from her inside pocket, then she jumped to attack against Alica.

Beast
/me howls at Alica with an extremely hostile on his/her face.

Robot
/me 's eyes flash randomly as if she is out of order. The eye balls seems to be keeping watch on Alica.
/me 's moter make a loud sound suddenly, and she jumps toward Alica to attack!

Haha just example.
I am not native English speaker, so it is bit difficult for me to describe so long RP ^^;
Kingdom of Legend has 2 combat-oriented SIM.
In Dread and Delusion, it is legal to start battle with comparatively short pre-combat RP.

My point is, simple combat using XRPS is not RP.
Combat must be a part of roleplay...

One more important thing is separation of IC and OOC.
You should make friendship with other players, even if he is enemy in IC.
We all came here to have fun.
Lets be IC and fight nicely :-)

Last Friday, the bioweapons went out of control.
They had run away from laboratory and rampaged through whole kingdom....
Fortunately, they were hunted by KoL people...lol

In Kingdom of Legend, RP includes combat sometimes.
But its not necessary...today I talked with a demon about life, in peace.

Rats Rampage >_<

Today King Shadow proclaimed that he rules this Kingdom.
No, he is not legitimate King, just self-proclaimed.
But he hired rats army!


They are "ROUSAS RATS" family, who live in sewer of Dread town.
Some times they attack people to get cheese lol
They are very powerful clan when they teamed up.....

Hahaha, yes I worked as a pop model. xD
One of my best friend, Mizuki Windlow is awesome weapon creator.
She is also one of XRPS players, so her weapons are very suitable to XRPS combat regulations.

This "Rai-Jin" gun-blade is double-use of gun and melee.
Full original animations are smooth and quick,the line of fire is easy to see!
Now her weapons are pretty popular in kingdom of legend xD

Ghoul hunting

Scenery of kingdom is beautiful, even though it has been cursed by God....


Recently new monster called "Ghoul" wanders around kingdom.
Now I reveal his photo which I took at the risk of my life.


He is very powerful....near to invincible.
Melee and bullets can't hurt him. Only skills can cause small damage on him.


Factions attack him in cooperation with eacth other, and today I delivered finishing blow to him.


But he never dies.
A few minutes after, he recovered and disappeared into sewer.
He will come back over and over.

What is he....where did he came from?
No one knows, but he claims that the kingdom is owned by him.
I will report again if it is explained.

My mission

I don't fear the darkness, but solitude.....


I came to this Kingdom to achieve the God's law.
The kingdom, which has been built by cursed king, is filled with vice.
I believe that my mission from the God is to destroy all demons and corrupted races.
